But it has not lost its enchantment yet. With the Titanic 3D screening across multiplexes, people are reliving the period drama/tragedy again.
I first remember reading about Titanic in my 4th Std English textbook. At the same time came the blockbuster movie. Its been watched, re-watched again and again, till the scene of the ice-berg's collision, Titanic's giant hulk standing up straight, breaking into two, the china falling from cupboards; are etched in mind.
Turns out, Cameron's Titanic wasn't the only movie made about Titanic. Here is the list of major movies and books about it:
